As winter drags on and spring tentatively appears, we're getting ready to celebrate Candlemas, a French custom steeped in age-old traditions and culinary delights. The main tradition of Candlemas lies in the making and eating of crêpes. Their round, golden shape is reminiscent of the solar disc, symbolising the return of light and the end of the dark days.
Chandeleur is now a time for sharing a convivial moment over delicious crêpes: sugar, chocolate, jam... there's something for everyone!
So come join us and celebrate this delicious tradition together!

Alors que l'hiver s'éternise et que le printemps fait doucement son apparition, nous nous préparons à célébrer la Chandeleur, une coutume française imprégnée de traditions séculaires et de délices culinaires. La principale tradition de la Chandeleur réside dans la confection et la dégustation de crêpes. Leur forme ronde et dorée rappelle d'or rappelle le disque solaire et symbolise le retour de la lumière et la fin des jours sombres.
La Chandeleur est désormais l'occasion de partager un moment convivial autour de délicieuses crêpes : sucre, chocolat, confiture... il y en a pour tous les goûts !
